Kehinde was born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, as a twin to both now late architect dad Babatunde Bankole and administrative secretary mum Titilayo Bankole, who encouraged their children to discover life and its beauty through Art in all its unique forms. Young Kehinde began informal drama and music training, joining a girl band, while also pursuing a career in modeling. She went on to study mass communication in Olabisi Onabanjo University, ogun state Nigeria which contributes to Her credit as Tv show-host and brands Ambassador. Kehinde is one of the rare crop of actors from Nigeria who came into limelight After her Tv debut on Nigerian drama series Super Story and wowed Cinema audiences in her film debut as Teacher Tawa, the prime target of a serial killer in acclaimed director Kunle Afolayan's psychological thriller October 1 (2014) alongside Veteran actor Sadik Dabar, Nick Rhys, Fabian Lojede, Lawrence Stubbings, earning her (Best Actress, Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards 2015). Her stage credits include playing Hermione "Oya" in "The Winter's Tale" Globe Theatre London adaptation "Itan Oginintin" 2012, The Duchess (Iyalode) in "The Duchess Of Malfi" UK tour re-imagined as "Iyalode Of Eti" (2016), Queen Moremi Nigeria as Queen Moremi (2019) and her one woman play "Chronicles of Iya Risi" produced by Sarah Lawal 2017 Lagos theatre Festival. Kehinde's film credits also include Mama Drama,Tainted Canvas, The Set Up, Dinner, Ever After, Cross-Roads and more... She won Best of Nollywood "Revelation of the year award" for Elerin Eye, a Yoruba language film in 2009. A Taste Of Phobia' an indie horror anthology by Italian film maker, Domiziano Cristopharo and Tony newton, featured Kehinde in 2017, directed by sunny king. She continues to keep music close and co-voiced the Lux cover-song produced by Cobhams Asuquo used for Lux beauty during her ambassadorship as Nigeria "Lux Beauty Face" 2009.
