Deven Bhojani is an Indian actor, director, and producer known for his work in Indian television and films. He has also appeared in several plays and has worked as a stage director. Bhojani completed his schooling at Gokalibai Punamchand Pitambar high school in Vile Parle, Mumbai. He then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (SVKM's NMIMS) in Mumbai. For further studies, Bhojani attended one of the best filmmaking schools, the University of Southern California (USC). Deven made his small-screen acting debut in episode 22 of the famous television series Malgudi Days (1986). He then went on to appear in several television series, including Dekh Bhai Dekh (1993), Tara (1993), Ek Mahal Ho Sapno Ka (1999), Office Office (2000), Khichdi (2002), Sarabhai V/S Sarabhai (2004), Baa Bahoo Aur Baby (2005) and others. He has also been a part of television shows like Bhakharwadi (2019), Wagle Ki Duniya (2021), and Taaza Khabar (2023). Bhojani has also been a part of the television series Bhai Bhaiya Aur Brother (2012) as a producer. Bhojani made his debut on the big screen in Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar (1992), in which he also assisted Director Mansoor Khan. He has also been a part of numerous other films, such as Andaz (1994), Kranti Kshetra (1994), Sarhad: The Border of Crime (1995), Kartavya (1995), Uff! Yeh Mohabbat (1997), Chalo America (1999), Yeh Lamhe Judaai Ke (2004), Khichdi: The Movie (2010), Chala Mussaddi - Office Office (2011), and Agneepath (2012). Bhojani has received awards for Sarabhai V/S Sarabhai (2004), namely The ITA Award for Best Director - Comedy and The Indian Telly Award for Best Director (Comedy). Bhojani's directorial venture, Commando 2: The Black Money Trail (2017), starring Vidyut Jammwal, Esha Gupta, Adah Sharma, and Freddy Daruwala, was a commercial success. Bhojani has also been an active part of Gujrati shows and played the lead role in Yamraj Calling (2021). He is also a part of Taaza Khabar (2023), which stars Indian YouTuber and comedian Bhuvan Bam in the lead role. Bhojani is married to Jagruti Bhojani, and the couple has two daughters, Mahi Bhojani and Rahi Bhojani.
